IQOS Friends Program Terms and Conditions

‘Referrer’ – the registered adult (18+) IQOS customer introducing a Referee to IQOS.

‘Referee’ – an adult (18+) user of tobacco or other nicotine-containing products who have received a referral code from the Referrer.

• All Referrers and Referees must be over 18, and a smoker or user of other nicotine products. The Referee must be a first-time IQOS purchaser, and the Referrer must be an existing registered IQOS customer.
• The IQOS Friends Program is only applicable to Referrers and Referees residing in locations where delivery is available in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as stated in the Terms of Sale, and applicable offline in selected locations. The Sales Expert will advise you if the Referrer and/or the Referee can redeem their vouchers at that point of sale.
• The unique referral code will be valid once the Referrer's phone number is verified. If the phone number is not verified, the referral code can still be used, unless the same phone number is used to create another profile. In this case, the referral code will not be valid for both profiles and will only be activated once one of the profiles validates the phone number. The other profile will not be able to use that code until the phone is updated to another unique number.

• The Referrer must ensure they have asked for the Referee’s permission before referring them and sharing with them their unique referral code.
• Referral codes are individual rewards and must only be communicated to Referees on a one-to-one basis and must not be shared on large-scale sharing platforms.
• The IQOS Friends Program is valid until 31 December 2024, unless terminated earlier as per the terms stated hereinafter.
• When the Referee registers as a new customer on iqos.com and uses the Referrer’s unique code to purchase an IQOS ILUMA System, the referral code will give the Referee a single-use voucher of SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) on their first IQOS ILUMA System order placed on the website. If the Referee decides to purchase more than one IQOS Device within one order, the SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) will be split proportionately amongst the devices.
• When the Referee uses the Referrer’s unique code to purchase an IQOS ILUMA System in other select locations, the referral code will give the Referee a single-use voucher of SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) on their first IQOS ILUMA System order. If the Referee decides to purchase more than one IQOS Device within one order, the SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) will apply to the first device item in the order. The item which was discounted by the voucher will be indicated in the invoice. The value of the voucher can be changed from time to time as communicated separately to Referrer. 
• The Referee may apply the referral code by inserting the code thereof into the field “Have a Voucher Code?” on iqos.com, or verbally indicate to the Sales Expert the referral code for them to verify and apply it against the order.
• The referral code is not applicable if the Referee has any IQOS devices linked to their account.
• Multiple referral reward vouchers can be used by the Referrer against a single order unless the other promotion has terms and conditions that state otherwise.
• Voucher codes for other programs can be combined with the IQOS Friends Program unless the other ongoing program has terms and conditions that state otherwise.
• If the Referee returns or cancels the order, then the Referrer will not be entitled to any voucher codes for such referral.
• The Referrer will be rewarded with a discount voucher code of SAR 30 (Inclusive of VAT) at the time of the Referee’s delivery of the order. The voucher code is valid on any item on iqos.com except for TEREA. If the Referrer decides to purchase multiple line items within the order, a SAR 30 (Inclusive of VAT) voucher will be split proportionately amongst each item in the cart on iqos.com. If the Referrer’s basket size is less than the used voucher amount, the unused amount cannot be used on another order and will be lost.  The discount voucher code is valid for a period of 60 days from its issuance. 
• The Referrer can make multiple referrals; however, the referral code is only applicable for 10 successful orders during the validity of the program, and provided that these terms and conditions are complied with, the Referrer will be rewarded with a maximum of ten discount voucher codes for the first ten successful referrals. These discount voucher codes will be visible on the “My Vouchers” page of iqos.com.
• The voucher code may be used only once. In case the order is cancelled and/or the product is returned, the voucher code cannot be used again. 
• The voucher code is valid for a period of 60 days from its issuance.
• The referral code and voucher code of SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) has no cash equivalent. 
• The voucher code is for the Referrer only and is non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to refuse the issue of any code to a Referrer or the use of a Referrer’s code by a Referee at any time if we reasonably believe that the Referrer or Referee is abusing this program or is otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
• We reserve our right to cancel the IQOS Friends Program or any referral code and/or voucher code at any moment of time without any further notice or giving reasons thereof.
• These Terms and Conditions may be changed and (or) supplemented by publication of the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website. The revised Terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect upon publication thereof.
• We reserve the right to change the voucher codes values from time to time without any further notice.
• General Terms of Sale published on the Website are applicable.
