IQOS Friends Program Terms and Conditions

• The Referee that has received a referral code must be an adult (18+) user of tobacco or other nicotine containing products and a first time IQOS purchaser.
• IQOS Friends Program is only applicable to Referrers and Referees residing in locations where delivery is available in Saudi Arabia, as stated in the Terms of Sale, and applicable offline in selected locations. The Sales Expert will advise you if the Referrer and/or the Referree can redeem their vouchers at that point of sale.
• The IQOS Friends Program is valid until 31 December 2025, unless terminated earlier as per the terms stated hereinafter.
• When the Referee registers as a new customer on iqos.com and uses the Referrer’s unique code to purchase an IQOS ORIGINALS System, the referral code will give the Referee a chance for a single-use voucher of SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) on their first IQOS ORIGINALS System order placed on the website. If the Referee decides to purchase more than one IQOS Device within one order, the SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) will be split proportionately amongst the devices.
• When the Referee uses the Referrer’s unique code to purchase an IQOS ORIGINALS System in other select locations, the referral code will give the Referee a chance for a single-use voucher of SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) on their first IQOS ORIGINALS System order. If the Referee decides to purchase more than one IQOS Device within one order, the SAR 30 (inclusive of VAT) will apply to the first time in the order. The item which was discounted by the voucher will be indicated in the invoice. The value of the voucher can be changed from time to time as communicated separately to Referrer.
• The Referee may apply the referral code by inserting the code thereof into the field “Have a Voucher Code?” on iqos.com, or verbally indicate to the Sales Expert the referral code for them to apply it against the order.
• The referral code is not applicable if the Referee has any IQOS devices linked to their account.
• The referral code is applicable on a limited number of successful orders following which it will expire. In such a case, the Referee, trying to use an already expired referral code will receive a notice stating that “The voucher code is not valid or expired.” If the Referree is attempting to use the voucher in another offline selected location, the Sales Expert will inform them that the referreral code is not valid or has expired.
• Multiple voucher codes can be used by the Referrer against a single order, unless the other ongoing program has terms and conditions that state otherwise.
• The referral code has no cash equivalent.
• The voucher code may be used only once. In case the order is cancelled and/or the product is returned, the voucher code cannot be used again.
• The voucher code is valid for a period of 60 days from its issuance.
• We reserve the right to refuse the use of a referral code by a Referee at any time, if we reasonably believe that the Referee is abusing this program or is otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
• We reserve our right to cancel/terminate the IQOS Friends Program or any referral code and/or voucher code at any moment of time without any further notice or giving reasons thereof.
• These Terms and Conditions may be changed and (or) supplemented by publication of the updated Terms and Conditions at the Website. The revised Terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect upon publication thereof.
• We reserve the right to change the voucher codes values from time to time without any further notice.
• General Terms of Sale published on the Website are applicable.
