Terms and Conditions

1.  Application of Terms/Eligibility
   1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to and govern your participation in the Founding Day Promotion (the “Promo”). You should read these Terms carefully as they affect your legal rights and govern your relationship with us. 
   2. You are only eligible to participate in this Promo if: (i) you are an IQOS user or smoker or user of other nicotine containing products aged over 18 years old and residing in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA")
   3. By participating in this Promo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or cannot comply with these Terms, then you are not permitted to participate in the Program.
2. Promo conditions 
   1. The Promo is provided at iqos.com, through the support of the customer service center, at the IQOS Store Boulevard Riyadh City, and in selected authorized IQOS partner stores in KSA. To get information about the channels where the Promo is available, contact the customer service center.
   2. The Promo provides 30% discount on all accessories, and IQOS Iluma devices for the period from February 12th, 2024 to March 4th, 2024 and in point of sales that participates in Promo. For the authorized IQOS partners stores Promo will be available only through IQOS Brand Representative and during his/her working hours. The discount is not applicable to consumables (TEREA).
   3. Should you participate in the Promo, you are limited to a maximum of 5 IQOS Iluma devices purchased with 30% discount per device per person.
   4. Return of a device purchased as part of the Promo is governed by the terms of sale of the specific store from which you purchased the device. 
   5. In the event that an IQOS ILUMA device purchased with the Promo becomes defective, the terms of the warranty shall be applicable.
   6. Buying a device or accessory using the Promo is subject to availability of IQOS ILUMA and accessories stock.
   7. Promo offer can be combined only with Referral Program voucher that might have been provided as part of the Referral Program or any available Goodwill vouchers only through iqos.com or customer service center.  
   8. Promo offer cannot be combined with Trade-in program and/or IQOS ILUMA & TEREA Starter kit programs.
   9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo, your participation, and/or these Terms at our sole discretion at any time for any reason whatsoever.
3. Miscellaneous
   1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom or Saudi Arabia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kingdom or Saudi Arabia for disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
